I had a baby in March and have been trying to lose some baby weight...so drinking more fluids. One hit at my house is iced green tea. I have been also mixing in some mint tea. I make it from tea bags. I wouldn't suggest getting it pre-made. Sometimes you can find green tea with mint...that is the easiest. You can also find decaf green tea. If making it yourself for iced tea you have to double the bags used for hot tea. Green tea has been shown to have lots of health benefits including helping with weight loss. I use splenda for sweetening the tea. I can easily drink one liter a day. I usually make one liter green tea and a half liter mint tea and mix. I am not a big mint person, but I like it in the green tea. Give this healthy and refreshing drink a try! Happy drinking.

I got tired of paying $3 for lemonade at restaurants for my six-year-old who barely finishes half his drink. I stash the Crystal Light lemonade packets in my purse and voila! lemonade for *free*!

Doesn't Crystal Light give you a stomach ache?
